As Sahaja IT Solutions provides IT and professional services, refunds are subject to the nature, scope, and stage of the service delivered.

Payments made for consulting, development, implementation, or digital services are generally non-refundable once work has commenced.
Refund eligibility, if any, will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

2. Advance Payments

Advance or upfront payments are used to allocate resources, plan projects, and initiate work.
Advance payments are non-refundable once the project has been started.

3. Project Cancellation

If a client chooses to cancel a project:

Before project commencement: A partial refund may be considered after deducting administrative and processing charges.
After project commencement: No refund will be applicable for work already completed or resources allocated.

4. Delay or Non-Delivery

In rare cases where Sahaja IT Solutions is unable to deliver services due to internal reasons, a refund or service credit may be considered at the Company’s discretion.

5. Third-Party Costs

Refunds do not cover costs related to third-party services, licenses, subscriptions, hosting, domain registration, or tools purchased on behalf of the client.

6. Refund Process

All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email.
Requests should include project details, payment information, and the reason for the refund request.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days through the original payment method.

7. Changes to This Policy

Sahaja IT Solutions Private Limited reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Updates will be posted on this page with the revised effective date.
